The free tier is meant to be genuinely usable. This product only becomes obvious after a few weeks of accumulated context, so a limit that bites in week one would measure nothing except impatience.
Two things worth knowing
Limits only stop new memories. At your limit you can still read, search and export everything you have. Nothing is deleted and nothing is hidden, a tool that held your own context hostage would deserve to be uninstalled.
A failed payment does not lock you out. If a renewal fails, everything keeps working while you sort the card out.
Thirty-day refunds, no questions asked. If Hivemind is not useful to you, email within thirty days of a charge and it is returned in full. You do not have to explain why.
Cancelling keeps what you have. Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for, and afterwards the account returns to Free with everything still in it, you simply stop adding beyond the free limit.
Managing your plan
Settings in the dashboard shows current usage against the limit, and opens the billing portal for changing card, invoices, or cancelling.
